All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. If we expect a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email with details.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Some items we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order includes both in-stock items and drop shipped items, you will receive two different packages.
To save money on shipping, we offer event pick-up options for most events we attend. Check out our "Where We're At" page to see where event pick-up is available. If you plan to pick your order up at an event, be sure to apply discount code "eventpickup" at checkout so that you are not charged a shipping fee. You may also choose to pay at time of pick up by choosing COD (Cash on Delivery) as you payment option. Exact cash, check or money order excepted.
